Caribbean Pearl is the only bespoke property
sourcing company operating in both the UK and Margarita.
Our personalised service means that you will be supported
every step of the way. We liaise with you long before
you even journey to Margarita, we meet with you at the
airport in the UK. We fly with you to Margarita and
accompany you throughout your stay until all of your
requirements are met which usually takes less that 3 weeks.
We are not an estate agent or a property development company
although we deal directly with all of the aforementioned
businesses that operate on the Island to find you the client
the best possible deal.To contract our services you must
only
pay a non-refundable deposit of £500 (to cover travel
expenses). Then a commission of
10% of the gross value of the property acquired. For
example, if you were to buy a very small plot of land for
£5000 you will only have paid a total of £1000 (£500 deposit
+ £500 commission) for up to 3 weeks service.
We provide
support for all of the following:
Buying, renting or leasing property in Margarita.
Interpreting and translation.
General tourist advice.
Assistance in obtaining visas and permits.
Assistance in dealing with local authorities.
